My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of knowing your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. I provide transportation, hospice services, run errands, offer home health assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, mobility assistance, and encourage physical activity. I have some college education, am CPR and First Aid certified, and speak both English and Spanish. Knowing I can bring comfort and peace of mind to your family is why I love what I do.
