I have over 25 yrs experience as a Personal Care Aide and Coordinator at an assisted living facility in PA. 10 yrs ago, I moved to NJ&for the past few yrs I cared for a couple in their 90s in their home&for the 3 yrs prior to that I cared for an 85 yr old gentleman&a 78 yr old woman on hospice in their homes. I perform a variety of duties including assisting in functional activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication&companionship. I have a reliable car to do shopping&other errands. In PA, I was certified as a personal care med tech and had CPR, ADE, first aid, diabetes&dementia certifications. I have current CPR, ADE and first aid certifications. I am also bilingual(English Spanish). Caring for the elderly is my passion. I truly love what I do, giving them the attention they deserve&doing whatever is needed to make life easier&more comfortable at home for them.
