About Sierra

Hello! My name is Ms. Sierra~ I graduated from UofSC with a B. A. in Early Childhood Ed., Leadership Studies minor & Special Ed. Cert. My professional experiences are quite diverse. In school, my cohort specialized in culturally relevant pedagogy. I loved working as a preschool teacher at a private Jewish Day School as well as internships in many schools & day care centers throughout Richland County. I am also BLS certified! Currently, I am a recent grad, earning my M. A. in Speech Language Pathology. As I wait for my provisional liscence, I am looking for short term care oppurtunities. Most of my experience revolves around early childhood development. Exploration & curiosity can naturally become a learning opportunity as children play. I enjoy encouraging it through art activities and outdoor exploration!
