About Sofia

I have four years of babysitting experience for a family with two young children and was one of the main caretakers for my 8-year-old niece during the pandemic. I have experiences working with children as a volunteer summer camp assistant and as an assistant and substitute dance teacher at a dance studio for the past five years; in these positions I've worked with toddlers, school-aged children, and preteens. As a first year student at Florida State University, I also worked with children through a service club in which I taught dance classes weekly at an elementary school. I love making connections with young children and caring for them to nurture their development. I would be happy to help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, other household responsibilities, in addition to helping children with schoolwork. I am also very comfortable caring for pets and am able to drive.
