Hi! My name is Strella, I'm 21 years ola, and I'm a caring, responsible, and patient caregiver who truly enjoys working with children and supporting families. 1 a.m. a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) With hands-on experience working with children, including those who need extra support with behavior, communication, and daily routines. This has helped me develop strong skills in patience, structure, and creating a safe, positive environment. I also have experience with everyday childcare, including playtime, meals, supervision, and helping with routines. I'm bilingual (English & Spanish), reliable, warm, and easy to communicate with. I can provide care either in your home or in my own home, which is a clean, safe, comfortable, and child-friendly environment where children can feel happy and well cared for.
