About Suzanne

Hi! My name is Suzanne, and I have a background in human services, mental health, and care coordination. I previously worked as a Residential Program Supervisor in a residence mainly populated with senior residents and currently remain there per diem. In that role, I supported residents with psychiatric and medical needs, medication management, safety monitoring, and daily well-being. I currently work as a Clinical Case Manager and bring patience, compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills to my work. I am available for senior companionship, medication reminders, light assistance, appointment support, and emotional support. I treat every person with dignity, kindness, and the same care I would want for my own loved ones.
