About Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney Rassas. I am 26 years old , As the oldest of four children in a military family, caring for others has been a part of my life from an early age. I began babysitting when I was young and have spent years working with children through family, neighbors, and my professional career. I hold a Bachelor's degree in K-12 Education and have been a high school teacher for the past five years. I also earned a Master's degree in Creative Enterprise and Cultural Leadership. My background in education has given me extensive experience supporting children of diverse ages, personalities, and learning styles. Outside of teaching, I am a dancer, artist, and painter. I am also an experienced housekeeper, CPR certified, and a strong swimmer. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I am dependable, organized, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping families feel supported.
