About Tasha

Hi! My name is Tasha, and I'm a responsible, energetic, and experienced childcare provider based in San Diego. I graduated from San Diego State University in 2025 with a degree in Criminal Justice and have been working with elementary-aged children since. I currently work as a Youth Leader with Harmonium's PrimeTime program, where I supervise groups of around 20 children in a structured after-school setting. I plan engaging activities like STEM projects, games, and team-building exercises while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. I'm confident managing group dynamics, encouraging positive behavior, and ensuring every child feels valued. I prioritize connecting with each child by understanding their personality, interests, and needs, allowing me to build trust and create a fun, supportive space.
