I am a 44-year-old compassionate and responsible caregiver with hands on experience raising three children and a strong academic foundation with a Bachelors degree in Marriage and Family Studies. Skilled in creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments that support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Over the years, I have worked in day cares, preschools, and ran a homeschool co-op with other moms when my own children were in preschool. I have been a 5th/6th grade special needs teacher the last 2 years, and was a paraprofessional for 5 years prior. I am experienced in managing household routines, promoting positive behavior, and balancing structure with fun.
