I have over 25 years of childcare experience, and over 10 years as a paid Nanny. Taking care of the very young is my passion. I am kind, caring, honest and responsible. I have a natural gift for for caring for the young, especially the babies. The last 4 years I have taken care of mostly newborns. I believe in meeting a child/infant on their level, so I do spend a lot of my time on the floor. I believe in caring for the whole child- physically, emotionally, verbally, and mentally- very mindful of each child's ways of learning and communicating. There is so much to explore in this big world, and I love fostering learning every single day. I excel at teaching the little ones. Victoria was the nanny to my daughter from the time she was 7 months old to 2.5 years old. Our only reason for stopping her regular time with my daughter is because we felt it was time for her to be in a school setting. Victoria, or "Ree Ree" as she came to be known in our home, was an incredible force of love, guidance, and care for my little girl. My daughter thinks of her as another grandmother; one who knows how to make her laugh from her belly and feel safe when she's scared. Ree Ree is incredible with young children. She has helped my daughter to learn so much at a young age. She is patient, thoughtful, and creative. Ree Ree is gold!
