We have been so grateful to have Vicky caring for our twin toddlers for the past year. She started with our family when they were 16 months old and has been with us through so many milestones, including helping us navigate potty training. She has such a calm, gentle presence and never seems flustered, even when our twins are having a particularly challenging day. She brings a warm, encouraging energy…very much a “Ms. Rachel" vibe. She loves to sing with them, teach them songs and dances, does crafts, and finds creative ways to keep them engaged. It's clear that she genuinely cares about them and has built a wonderful relationship with both of them! One of the things we've appreciated most is how dependable and hardworking she is. She is consistently reliable and has been incredibly flexible with our family's schedule, often helping on evenings or weekends when we've needed extra support. Knowing we could count on her has been invaluable. We have truly enjoyed having her as part of our family's support system and are grateful for the love, patience, and consistency she has shown our children. We have no hesitation recommending her to another family looking for a kind, dependable, and nurturing caregiver.
