About Yvonne

Hello! My name is Yvonne, and I am a pre-medical student who loves teaching and working with youth. I graduated from Duke University in 2024 with my B. A. and now that I am back in NYC, I am looking to build community and work with children and any coursework assistance or tutoring they may need! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, strong-willed, and funny! I like working with kids because they are genuine and carry a playfulness to life that we all should do more of. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support young people with any coursework or confusing school topics that arise. I am grateful for tutors I had in my childhood and would love to pay it forward! I started working with kids when I was about 14. In my spare time, I like to play Sims, watch new movies, and try out restaurants. One thing you should know about me is I love feedback, and am more than willing to accommodate whatever concerns they may have.
