Through fun, purposeful activities, children work on expanding vocabulary, forming longer sentences, retelling stories, sequencing events, following multi-step directions, and engaging in meaningful conversations. Led by a licensed pediatric occupational therapist, this small group helps children strengthen: 🌟 Sensory processing and self-regulation 🌟 Fine motor skills (cutting, grasping, pre-writing) 🌟 Core strength, balance, and coordination 🌟 Following directions and daily routines 🌟 Emotional regulation and expressing feelings 🌟 Social skills and making friends Each session includes movement, sensory-rich play, calming strategies, crafts, and games that help children learn to understand their bodies, manage big feelings, and interact positively with peers. In addition we inspire life coaching exercises in financial literacy, fitness and nutrition, faith basics, entrepreneurship and family relationship. Budding artists capturing multiple objects tend to begin with the largest or most attractive one first, finish it, and move on to the next. By studying multiple object composition, line and air perspective, as well as color mixing, students learn to depict multiple three-dimensional objects and build a solid foundation for future artistic study. Our academic method of teaching will open the eyes and minds of aspiring artists to see the myriad of colors and tones in everyday objects. With these foundational skills, students will learn techniques to express their creativity. Classes alternate between Drawing and Painting on a weekly basis. All skill levels welcome. Students will learn to draw and paint multiple objects as a group taking into account proportions, depth, structures, along with light and shadows. Using acrylic or oil, students will flex these core principles of composition to attain the freedom to draw and paint three-dimensional still-life, landscapes and fictional paintings. Procuring painting and drawing materials are the responsibility of each student, but we are of course happy to advise which ones we think are best.

One last sweet week before summer ends! Campers will revisit our Candyland theme with new sculptural projects and plenty of colorful fun. Campers will experiment with materials, construct imaginative creations, and discover how parts work together while designing their own playful gizmos. This private camp is process-focused, curiosity-driven, and encourages creativity, collaboration, and inventive thinking all week long. Requirements : - 4-8 years old ( NO EXCEPTIONS) - Children must be ready to follow safety guidelines and engage in their projects for 30 minutes or more. - Children must be fully potty-trained and capable of handling their bathroom needs independently. - Any medical conditions (such as allergies or diabetes) and/or behavioral needs (neurodiversity, trauma) your child may have must be informed during the sign-up process. Join us this Spring for an exciting Spanish adventure! This season, Brilliant Bilingual presents our new theme, “Detectives en Acción” (Detectives in Action). Students will step into the role of young detectives, using Spanish to follow clues, describe people and places, and solve a mystery—all while gaining a glimpse into the vibrant culture and life of Mexico. Open to K–5 students of all proficiency levels, the Spanish Club makes learning come alive through fun games, interactive projects, and creative storytelling. As our detectives piece together the clues, they’ll naturally build vocabulary for colors, clothing, physical features, and more. At the end of the session, students will showcase what they’ve learned in a fun presentation revealing their final discovery! Brilliant Bilingual reserves the right to remove students from the club without refunding payment in the event of repeated misbehavior. Tardy Policy ---- Spanish Club ends at 4:45pm. Parents who pick their students up directly after Spanish Club must be ready to pick them up at 4:45pm. Any parent or responsible caregiver who does not pick up their student by 4:55pm will be charged a late fee of $1/minute. Late fees will automatically be applied to the card placed on file at the time of registration. School Closure Policy ---- Brilliant Bilingual clubs may close/cancel clubs due to certain circumstances (Extreme Weather Conditions, Natural Disasters, Infrastructure Problems). Parents/guardians will be informed via SMS or mobile notifications and email announcements. Make-up classes may or may not take place, depending on the nature of the closure and the school's assessment. All enrollment fees paid are non-refundable.
