In this exciting High School Big Idea Lab, students will develop and deliver their own TED-style talk while learning the key elements that make persuasive and motivational speeches powerful and memorable. Students are expected to present projects, participate in discussions, interview for leadership roles, and soon apply for college and internships. Yet most students are rarely taught how to develop a strong idea and present it in a compelling way. That’s exactly what this program focuses on. Throughout this high-energy 5-day program (3 hours per day) students will brainstorm ideas, write short speeches, and learn how to present them in a clear, engaging, and confident way.
