(It's also SUPER fun!) Welcome to Week 2: “Sensational Storytellers! -Fundamentals of Storytelling!" In this fully interactive class, we will have a ton of fun learning the elements of effective storytelling, playing hilarious storytelling games, and practicing multiple storytelling assignments! In this 5 day, 3-hours per day program, we will cover: - How to best PERFORM any kind of story! - How to conquer any level of NERVOUSNESS and become a more CONFIDENT storyteller! - The ELEMENTS of stories! - How to STRUCTURE and WRITE a story! - Different TYPES of stories from fiction, fantasy, stories about ourselves, motivational stories, and even news stories! - How to USE storytelling to enhance anything you do! Flip Out Creative Camp (Ages 3-5) Let your little one’s imagination soar at Flip Out Creative Camp! Designed for ages 3-5, this camp is all about fun, creativity, and learning through play. Class Description:
This independent art class is designed for teens who are ready to explore their creative potential and develop their own artistic projects. Students will be introduced to, and encouraged to explore, a variety of mediums—including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, mixed media, and collage—while receiving personalized guidance from an experienced instructor. Whether you're interested in building your technical skills or discovering your own unique style, this class offers the freedom to experiment and create at your own pace. New Teen students will complete three pre-designed projects with their teacher's guidance to help aid them in learning how to set-up/clean-up supplies and materials, get a feel for what mediums are available, and allow teachers to get a feel for the student's level of skill and art knowledge before diving into more independent study. What You’ll Learn: Medium Exploration: Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of art forms, including pencil and charcoal drawing, acrylic and watercolor painting, clay sculpture, printmaking, and collage techniques. Project Development: Learn how to conceptualize, plan, and execute your own independent projects. With teacher support, you’ll refine your ideas and bring them to life. Creative Techniques: Develop new skills in various artistic techniques, from layering and texture in mixed media to the technical aspects of ceramics and printmaking. Experience music from all around the world-- music from both past and present, near and far! From The Beatles to Bach! In Music 3, children will be able to play musical patterns like clapping, patting, tapping or stomping to a beat. Their movements are coordinated and purposeful as we practice matching lyrics to choreographed movements and explore instrumental and improvisational play. This is a drop-off class.

Independent playtime with adult and child. At Kids Club we welcome everyone to join our various stages of developmental play! Come explore our playscape equipment, for some unguided play time with lots of fun and music. All members are invited to 1 Open Play per week but must enroll online. This FREE Open Play only applies to current members and can be used for customers that have class pack purchases. *Non-members may purchase a 60 minute Open Play time slot for $30.00 a child. What to expect in class: Children are given free range to explore the playscape equipment, with their adults within a hug’s reach. Let your child take the lead and run out some wiggles and have many giggles! Open Play times will sometimes have extra activities like parachute time, bubbles and story-time.

PLEASE NOTE: This Family Music class takes place in our small classroom. Therefore, the class size is limited to 8 children only. This class is NOT on our playscape/playfloor. Now that your child has increased his or her language skills, experienced high/low, has marched to the steady beat, and has the rhythm all inside, let's apply those concepts directly to the piano! We will learn the scale, listen to famous composers and famous piano pieces, make music with sound stories, learn musical terms, strengthen our fingers, work on proper posture and hand position, learn quarter notes and half notes, and letters C,D,E all before private music lessons begin! Melody Makers is a solid foundation for piano or private music instruction! Plus, everything is better with new friends! Classes are 1 hour long each week.
