About Kaiya

I'd describe my personality as patient, enthusiastic, and understanding! I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my experience in both clinical and non-clinical childcare to cultivate meaningful relationships and be someone your child can trust. I've worked with littles for 6 years. I nannied during undergrad, and have worked with children on the spectrum as an ABA therapist for 1. 5 years before moving to Madison. In my spare time, I like to cook, garden, and walk dogs at the animal shelter. I currently have a passion for used book stores! I believe in maintaining appropriate boundaries with families and protecting their privacy and autonomy. I have worked in a clinical setting with children experiencing maladaptive behaviors, and work very well with high-energy littles! My skills include promoting functional communication, fostering a nurturing environment, and cooking kid-friendly meals.
