About Tracy

Hello! My name is Tracy. After retiring from a communications company in 2018, I returned to my true passion - caring for others. I am a former NYS CNA with hands-on experience in nursing homes, home care agencies, in-home care, and private duty settings. I have extensive experience working with individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer's, providing compassionate, patient-centered support. For over 8 years, I have worked as a (DSP) serving young adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both residential and home settings. I have also dedicated time working in homeless shelters, supporting men, women, and families with children during some of their most difficult moments. When I'm not caring for others, I enjoy cooking and baking - something I love to share with those I care for. I bring warmth, experience, and a genuine heart to everything I do. My approach to memory care focuses on de-escalating stressful situations and gently redirection.
